In this video we are doing a review of what it is like to stay at the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino in the center of the Las Vegas Strip. I stayed in the cheapest room available (Resort King) and was able to get upgraded to a higher floor with a better view (Resort Studio King) by doing the $20 trick. I'll give you a walkthrough tour of the property, show you a lot of activities and new things to do since they changed their name from Bally's. We'll cover the hotel room, the new arcade (former sportsbook), Twilight Zone by Monster Mini Golf, Bodies Exhibit, Cabinet of Curiosities Bar and The Lock Speakeasy, food court, pool, casino, Bazaar Shops, Duck Donuts, Wahlburgers restaurants and the new Player One Arcade bar off the strip.. We'll wrap up the video with pros and cons, how good of a value the property is (cheap vs expensive) and what type of traveler it is ideal for. The Orleans Hotel & Casino Double Queen Room Tour and Review in 4K. The room we stayed in for 2 nights needs updating. The beds were comfortable as we prefer soft beds vs. hard. The TV is small compared to other hotels, but does have good channel choices. You can't see the TV from the chair and hard to see from the couch. Good viewing only from the beds. There is no refrigerator. There is no shampoo, conditioner & soap dispensers in the shower. Room was quiet. Can't hear neighbors on either side or above. You only hear doors close in the hallway. I rate it 4 out of 5 stars for comfort and quiet. I rate it 2 out of 5 stars for being a dated room and strange layout. The Orleans offers 1,886 rooms and suites. Spectacular views face the glittering Las Vegas Strip or the sweeping mountain panoramas surrounding the Las Vegas Valley. Handicapped accessible rooms are also available, featuring wider doorway access, assistance bars in bathroom, and a roll-in shower.
