Inmersos en la belleza del hotel, surgió una visión atrevida: la de crear una Huerta Orgánica similar a las que embellecen los hoteles más distinguidos del mundo, aspirando a abastecer parte del complejo como al exclusivo Restaurante Mburuvicha con alimentos frescos y saludables, cultivados bajo los principios fundamentales de la agricultura orgánica. De un diálogo casual nació una idea que se arraigó con el tiempo. Durante casi siete años, superando desafíos y perseverando en medio de las dificultades, incluso en los momentos más críticos de la pandemia global, la determinación de aquellos que abrazaron esta visión se mantuvo firme. Finalmente, el 1 de octubre de 2022, una fecha que quedará grabada en la memoria, esa visión se cristalizó en forma de la Huerta Orgánica "Renacer Verde HCA".
