From the minute you check into the hotel at the new Sycuan Casino Resort to the time you check out there's a lot to see so I decided to focus on a food tour while I was there. From Rank & File to Elicit and a few places in between Sycuan has it all for foodies. In addition to food and drinks you have to experience their hotel by staying the night. The pool area is stunning whether you're floating in the lazy river during the day or sitting on the patio of several of the restaurants overlooking the area, it's quite site. Standouts to me are the giant video screen at the check in desk. They flew a helicopter to get some of the best scenery in San Diego so while your hanging out in the lobby you're never bored. The spa is incredible and I experienced a hot stone massage for the first time. I recommend it. It's also very cool that kids can come stay at the resort as long as they're with someone over the age of 18 at all times.
