The re-telling of the classic gangster flick Casino. This documentary covers the story of the Chicago Outfit and the Las Vegas skimming operation that took millions of dollars from the casinos. It covers the people involved including infamous gangster Tony Spilotro, odds maker Lefty Rosenthal, Spilotro lawyer Oscar Goodman, Frank Cullotta, Alan Glick and Allen Dorfman. The story is a gripping exploration of greed, power, and betrayal set against the glittering backdrop of 1970s and 1980s Las Vegas. The documentary shows Lefty Rosenthal, a meticulous gambling expert, who is handpicked by the mob to oversee operations in the Casinos. Alongside him is Tony Spilotro a volatile enforcer whose violent tendencies threaten to unravel their empire. The story unfolds in a blend of narration chronicling the rise and fall of a seemingly unstoppable gambling empire. As greed and ambition spiral out of control, those involved were drawn into a web of corruption, deceit, and personal destruction.
