Luxor Hotel opened on October of 1993, and the pyramid shaped hotel is probably one of the most recognizable hotels in Las Vegas. The Egyptian theme is really showcased at the entrance of Luxor and looking up at the interior shape of pyramid is pretty amazing. It is located at the south end of the Strip, between Mandalay Bay and Excalibur. We stayed in the tower room, which is located somewhat far from the casino.
