My Strip View Flamingo Room at Flamingo Las Vegas initially felt quite modern, with stylish furnishings and decor... but upon closer inspection was beat up, poorly maintained, and dirty. There were dust and hairballs on the floor, gouges and scuffs on the walls, and plenty of unclean/decaying grout lines in the shower. Although my room at Flamingo Las Vegas was a bummer, the broader resort has much to offer, including the Count Room speakeasy, free wildlife habitat, dining options ranging from food court fare to upscale steaks, and the hilarious Piff The Magic Dragon.
