La presentazione ufficiale di questi piatti legati al territorio è avvenuta qualche giorno fa, ma le proposte cambieranno quattro volte l’anno, come le stagioni che in cucina devono essere rispettate. La società Hit in collaborazione con la scuola di biotecnologia e il rinomato chef stellato italiano Emanuele Scarello lanciano il progetto Glocal Gourmet, con l'obiettivo di rispettare l’enogastronomica locale e uno stile di vita più sostenibile.
